Charter Mechanical was founded in 2006 with two primary goals – Take great care of our customers and be a great company for our employees.  Although we’ve grown from a small start-up to one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Northwest, these two goals still guide us today.  Because we are a 100% employee owned company, we don’t have outside “owners” with short term objectives. This allows us to make sure every decision that we make helps us meet these long-term goals.

Charter Mechanical employees take pride in the company, support each other with true team spirit, and make every effort to provide exceptional service to our customers. Regardless of the project, whether for a large corporation or a small business, we are committed to make sure the job is done correctly, safely, and without impacts to facilities. Charter Mechanical’s reputation has been built and maintained by the hard work and exceptional attitudes of our dedicated employees.

Part of our commitment to making Charter a great company for our employees is making it safe.  We are committed to the belief that all injuries and incidents are preventable and provide the staff, procedures, training and equipment necessary to achieve an incident free environment.  Charter has a company culture that encourages everyone to evaluate every task and make the decisions that allow them to complete their work without incident.

You have my commitment to continue to do everything possible to ensure that Charter Mechanical continues to be a great company to work for and that we will continuously strive to be the mechanical contractor and partner that our customers want to work with.

If at anytime you would like to discuss our culture, goals, or capabilities - I’d love to hear from you at 503.691.1700.

Sincerely,

Charter Mechanical Contractors, Inc.
